Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Battleship: Tactical Command mobile application (the "Service") operated by Ruimi ("us", "we", or "our").

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only on devices you own or control.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Exploit vulnerabilities or use cheats/hacks to gain unfair advantage.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RUIMI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
